This bathroom remodel is in the Ladd Ave. House. This small bathroom was just a powder bath originally but I grabbed a little extra space from a closet in order to add this beautiful 5'x5' shower. In order to keep changing any of the historic exterior I tile around the old double hung window and installed frosted shower glass in front of it. It porcelain subway tile in the shower and wainscoting and has beautiful black penny hex tile on the floor with Carrara marble base tile, shower curb and custom niche.
