This kitchen remodel took a basic galley kitchen a boosted it to a high end chefs kitchen with a sweet little eating nook. Custom White oak cabinets and new nail down white oak floors provide a beautiful timeless kitchen.

This small bathroom had vinyl floors and a fiberglass tub with a drop ceiling above the tub. I demoed the bathroom to the studs removed the drop ceiling and installed a cast iron tub with tile surround. I also repaired the subfloor adding a waterproof tile backer and new tile flooring. There's a new medicine cabinet. I removed the bead-board and shelving and added custom built-in white oak shelves to maximize the space of this small bathroom.

This remodel was an extensive project that included removing two bearing walls and adding new supporting beams to allow for the new open design. I also added a door to the back of the house that leads to a new deck opening the house even more. This project also included relocating a bathroom and remodeling another.

This was a great addition to this older SE Portland home the new porch fits in with the home and neighborhood like it has been there since the house was built. The porch includes heaters for those cold Portland days, making it a space to be enjoyed year around.
